End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Vibe2Game engine ("THE SOFTWARE")

This EULA is a legal agreement between you as an individual and A Trillion Games Ltd ("THE AUTHOR").

THE SOFTWARE is a javascript-based app that runs locally in your browser when you visit the https://vibe2game.com/engine.html page.

1. Grant of License
You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use THE SOFTWARE for personal and commercial purposes.

2. Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use THE SOFTWARE solely through the official website operated by the Author at Vibe2Game.com (the "Authorized Website").
You may not host, mirror, embed, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise make THE SOFTWARE available, in whole or in part, through any other website, server, network, or platform, whether for public or private use, commercial or non-commercial purposes.

3. Prohibited Uses
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you specifically agree not to:
Host, serve, or run THE SOFTWARE or any part thereof from any server, domain, or hosting environment other than the Authorized Website.

THE SOFTWARE does not access or transmit any personal information or data from your device. In particular, information you type or paste into the THE SOFTWARE input windows is never transmitted by the THE SOFTWARE (stays in your local device).

7. Your User-Generated Content
Our Vibe2Game engine interface allows you to save the content of the source code window as an image file that you may then share. The original source code will be visible by anyone opening the image file in the engine or decoding it using other means. It's your responsibility to ensure that any personal/confidential information you may have typed/pasted into the source code window is removed before you use the 'SAVE' button to generate the image.

8. Third-Party User-Generated Content
You may find on the web games created by others. These can be run in our engine either by loading them or by clicking a provided link. The game content is never routed through our website or any server under our control. Since the game engine runs exclusively on your device, it's your responsibility to ensure that the games you are running with the engine are from trusted sources.

9. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. You assume all responsibility for the use of THE SOFTWARE.

10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall THE SOFTWARE owner be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use THE SOFTWARE.

11. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement.
